History

History

ConEq Conference Equipment Ltd began its official operation on the 1st of March 2008. The company was founded by Mr. Polys Tofini and Mrs. Andri Tofini. Mr. Tofinis' extensive experience in the field of sound and interpretation equipment is well known in Cyprus, since he was one of the founders of successful Synavlia Sound and Light Ltd. He has additionally worked as a sound engineer in the largest and most prestigious clubs of Nicosia and Limassol. Mr. Tofinis' technical skills include his studies in Computer Science, Multimedia Programming, Sound Engineering, and SIM Operator. Furthermore, he has had over twelve years experience in the Market.

ConEq Ltd has also employed Mr. Modestos Modestou from the first stages of its formation. Mr. Modestou has worked in Cooperative Central Bank for three years, before being recruited by ConEq Ltd. His knowledge is based on his BSc on General Business (MIS) and his MBA on Business Administration.

Today ConEq Ltd employs 5 full-time and 8 part-time employees, who are trained and experienced enough to handle any difficulties that may arise during an event. They are continually trained with regards to using the company’s equipment and dealing with our customers with expertise and highly professional assurance in order to satisfy all their needs during an event.

The last 2 years we have been involved in the biggest international Conferences held in Cyprus. We have been established as the market leader for all conferences held in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos.

ConEq is also proud that has been involved in design procedure for the Cyprus International Conference Center. Until the last moment we have been competing Bosch Conference and interpretation systems with our partner TAIDEN which we distribute in Cyprus since our formation.
